Return Policy

All claims must be made within 30 days of shipping the merchandise. No returns will be accepted without an RA and RA number on the label. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days. If under a rare condition, we accept a return after 30 days this return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition not because of damaged or missing parts due to a manufacturing error merchandise will not eligible to be returned or exchanged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return credit memo.
